About HAPO
The project started in June 2006 with 11 orphans and vulnerable children as a pilot. It was funded by Volunteer Africa until November 2009. It has been scaled up to 58 children at Tabora Municipal and 40 children in Bukumbi and Shitage Wards in Uyui District. It is now funded through previous volunteers and their charitable organisations, TLC , TCET and personal donations.
